Porter Wong氏（CleanLeap Founder & Executive Director）
CleanLeapの創設者であり、連続起業家として幅広い経験を持つ投資家。エンジェル投資家として活動する傍ら、Network VC、DraperXのメンバーでもある。Plug and Play Tech Centerや米国国立研究所アントレプレナーシップアカデミー（US National Lab Entrepreneurship Academy）、USC Viterbi Startup Garageのメンターに加え、UC Cleantech Openにおいてメンター兼共同議長（West地区）を務めるほか、Google SFSDプログラムのアドバイザーとしても活躍し、スタートアップ支援やクリーンテック分野での発展に貢献している。

村尾 雄太氏（横浜市脱炭素・GREEN×EXPO推進局循環型社会推進課担当係長）
大学卒業後、民間金融機関への就職を経て、横浜市役所に入庁。経済局にてオープンイノベーション・スタートアップ支援を担当後、経済産業省関東経済産業局に出向し、地域エネルギープロジェクトの支援に取り組む。2023年4月より公民連携の脱炭素プロジェクト推進に従事。担当業務は、みなとみらい地区の脱炭素化（脱炭素先行地域）、再生可能エネルギー導入推進、廃棄物の資源循環。

## 講演①：横浜・日本の気候テックエコシステムと政策の紹介『NEDOによるディープテック・スタートアップ支援の取組』

脊板 道雄氏（国立研究開発法人新エネルギー・産業技術総合開発機構（NEDO）スタートアップ支援部　連携・対外発信チーム長）
伊藤忠商事にて20年以上に渡り日本、米国、英国等におけるSI、BPO、ベンチャー投資などに従事。2019年より大阪本社にて財界活動や万博関連ビジネス開発等を担当した後、2024年より現職。現在NEDOにて、地球規模の経済・社会・環境課題の解決に資する革新的な技術開発に取り組むディープテック・スタートアップを支援、彼らのグローバル展開に注力中。早稲田大学法学部卒。

藤森慎太郎氏（Climate tech Japan共同代表）
Climate tech Japan共同代表。エネルギー・脱炭素政策関連業務や、エネルギー関連施設のファイナンス業務等に従事した経験あり。低廉なエネルギーの安定供給と脱炭素の実現という非常に難しいテーマに取り組むためには新技術の社会実装が不可欠との思いから、Climate tech Japanを運営。

Umer Sadiq氏（Climate tech Japan共同代表）
Climate tech Japan代表。パキスタン生まれ。高校卒業後日本へ留学し、大学で水素エネルギーの研究や学生起業家支援に従事。Climate techへの移行を加速させる技術や政策がより早く採用され、経済効果のある資本投資を増加させたいとの思いから、Climate tech Japanを立ち上げ。

岩田隆一 氏（株式会社JERA, JERA Ventures, Senior Manager／Ph.D.）
JERAのCVC組織であるJERA VenturesにSenior Managerとして参画。2010年に大阪大学大学院博士後期課程修了後、スタンフォード大学、豊田中央研究所、MIT、マイクロ波化学で蓄熱デバイス、人工光合成、水電解、ケミカルリサイクルなど脱炭素・サーキュラーエコノミーに関する基礎・応用研究および商用化業務に従事。現在はユーティリティスケールのエネルギー事業の脱炭素化に取り組んでいる。

亀沢卓利氏（CleanLeap, TrueAlgae, Inc. CRO）
アメリカのバイオテック　スタートアップのTrueAlgae社のCRO（Chief Relationship Officer）として2020年に就任し、現在はCleanLeapの日本担当も務める。AgTechやFinTechを含む幅広いスタートアップへの支援に加え、アジア開発銀行、世界銀行、米州開発銀行、国際金融公社などで35年以上にわたる投資・プロジェクト経験を有するグローバルエグゼクティブ。CFA資格を持ち、50カ国以上で民間投資を推進してきた実績を持つ。

河合 崇氏（ユナイテッドシルク株式会社代表取締役社長）
1973年大阪府生まれ。京都大学経済学部卒業後、住友商事などを経て2016年に起業。総合商社では、繊維原料部に所属し、約30カ国との綿花、シルク等の天然繊維を取り扱った経験を活かし、シルク素材を生産する製造業スタートアップを実現。
​シルクの用途として、従来の繊維用途にとどまらず、食品、化粧品、医療分野への応用を推進し、シルク産業の革新と地域創生に取り組む。​

羽鳥 徳郎氏（株式会社TBM 執行役員 CSuO 兼 サステナビリティ本部 本部長）
大学在学時より環境法や環境管理学、開発法学を学ぶ。大学卒業後、PwC Japanにてサステナビリティコンサルティングに従事。ESG投資とサステナブルサプライチェーンの領域を中心に幅広い業界のクライアントのサステナビリティ推進体制整備を支援。2018年、TBMに1人目のサステナビリティ専任者として参画。2030年に向けた目標策定や製品のライフサイクルアセスメント、再生可能エネルギーへの転換、CDP等のESG評価機関への情報開示などに取り組む。

独自の金属加熱技術を活用し、金属リサイクル事業を中心に展開。​従来の金属リサイクル工程で発生するCO₂排出を大幅に削減し、省スペースかつ低コストで環境負荷の少ない金属資源の再生を実現している。2021年の創業以来、アメリカと日本を拠点に事業を展開。2024年にはシリーズAラウンドで約31億円の資金調達に成功し、ものづくりの未来を切り拓くリーダーとして注目されている

つばめBHB株式会社（Tsubame BHB Co., Ltd.）
食そして将来のエネルギーに必要なアンモニアを世界中に届けます。分散型のアンモニア製造設備を用いて地産地消グリーン肥料モデルの構築に現在取り組んでおり、将来は知見を活用してスケールアップし、アンモニアを活用したエネルギーサプライチェーンに貢献します。

Mr. Takatoshi (Taka) Kamezawa assumed the position of Chief Relationship Officer (CRO) of U.S.-based biotech startup TrueAlgae in 2020. He also serves as the Japan Lead for CleanLeap, promoting ESG investment between Japan and the United States. Porter Wong, CleanLeap Founder & Executive Director
Porter Wong is the founder of CleanLeap and an investor with extensive experience as a serial entrepreneur. He is an active angel investor and member of Network VC, DraperX, a mentor at Plug and Play Tech Center, US National Lab Entrepreneurship Academy, USC Viterbi Startup Garage and UC Mentor. In addition to being a mentor at the Plug and Play Tech Center, the US National Lab Entrepreneur Academy, and the USC Viterbi Startup Garage, he is a mentor program co-chair (Western Region) of the US Cleantech Open, and an advisor to the Google SFSD program, contributing to startup support and development in the cleantech and Climate tech field.
