This is the group for everything Multi-Family Real Estate & Investing. We are looking for people interested in real estate who are investing, looking to invest or are engaged in the real estate industry in one way or another. We welcome everyone! From the absolute beginner to people who own thousands of units, and everyone in-between. We welcome investors, property managers, brokers, contractors, lenders and anyone who considers themselves apart of multi-family & more investing.
While the meet up will have a specific concentration on multifamily, investors from all asset classes should attend. The general concepts (flipping, buy and hold, cash flow, etc) cross all investment types.
