CFINO Presents: "Early Indians of Ohio"

Location image of event venue

Details

Did you know that our area had human inhabitants 11,000 years ago? Who were these Paleoamericans? Where and how did they live?

Join us for Center for Inquiry Northeast Ohio's (http://www.centerforinquiry.net/neohio) September Cleveland chapter meeting, which will feature a presentation by Anne Dewald, Director of Northeast Ohio's Indian Museum (http://www.indianmuseumoflakecounty.org/2001/index.html).

Ann will be giving a talk titled “Early Indians of Ohio”, which will feature images and artifacts along with detailed descriptions of what is known about Ohio’s earliest human inhabitants. And as our knowledge of history is not always “written in stone”, Ann will point out some recent findings that cast doubt on some long-held assumptions about the earliest Ohioans.

Light refreshments will be served as usual- see you there! :)
