I am voting to insert "fundaloon" INTO the Dictionary! And I think it fits many of these folks!

Well, Lunatic is defined:

1. (Psychiatry) an archaic word for insane

2. foolish; eccentric; crazy

Maybe we can call Gohmert Maniacal:

1. (Psychiatry) affected with or characteristic of mania

Suggestive of or afflicted with insanity: a maniacal frenzy.

2. Characterized by excessive enthusiasm or excitement:
