I vote for Jesus making it move.

But seriously, it's PR for their museum.  Here's the solution.  Replicate the movement by placing it on another glass shelf somewhere else with the same characteristics of the floor etc. and increasing the frequency of vibrations due to people walking about.  I have an astounding prediction.  It will move there too and much faster with more people. 

I'd say the base is unevenly formed and very slick.
