We'll work on strengthening core muscles, building stamina, gaining flexibility, and feeling more coordinated and graceful all while learning classical Bellydance moves! Learn this beautiful art through this course especially made for beginners. We start our journey exploring the basic movements of Bellydance and working our way to mini combinations. We keep it fun and engaging, making a great workout while learning to dance! Barefoot dancing is preferred or ballet flats if needed. Wear anything comfortable to move in!
