We know that the marketing landscape for business has changed and we need to ensure that we make those changes work for us. In this session, we will focus on key ideas such as, word of mouth in a social world, the engagement marketing cycle, and how you can use that engagement to drive social visibility that will bring customers back through your door and introduce new prospects to your business.
This is an interactive session, where Q&A is most definitely welcome – bring your questions and prepare to join in the discussion!
