This means owners must maintain their own apartments AND, in order to ensure they have a fully operational home, they have to work with[in] the Board to sustain a business corporation to supply needed services.
Many Board members are experts in fields we often seek help in, while others are in non-related fields but want to learn and contribute.

We will gather in a public venue (restaurant/cafe) once a month for networking and open dialogue with the purpose of sharing and discovering resources for resolving and managing our property concerns.
