Human-centered design is a problem solving process that starts with people and places them at the center of each stage of the design process.
In this 5-week course you will learn the human-centered design process by applying it to a real world design challenge. In preparation for each stage of the challenge, you and your team will explore the main human-centered design concepts through readings, case studies, and short videos.
Acumen and IDEO.org are excited to share this process with you, so that you can use it to tackle challenges in your own community. Let it inspire you to approach challenges differently and experience how human-centered design can add new perspectives to your work.
