We're on Week 2 of the lectures (https://www.cs50.net/lectures/). Try to watch them and/or do the readings before our next meetup. If you're starting from Week 0 still come out because those who are ahead of you can help you out.

This is for anyone that is interested in learning the principles of Computer Science by going through Harvard's CS50 course together. We're going to work through this at our own pace to ensure that we know these concepts cold. Languages covered are C, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and SQL. If you're interested in joining this study group just RSVP and we will coordinate dates and times that work for us via email. More information about the course is below.

"CS50 is Harvard College's introduction to the intellectual enterprises of computer science and the art of programming for majors and non-majors alike, with or without prior programming experience. An entry-level course taught by David J. Malan, CS50 teaches students how to think algorithmically and solve problems efficiently. Topics include abstraction, algorithms, data structures, encapsulation, resource management, security, software engineering, and web development. Languages include C, PHP, and JavaScript plus SQL, CSS, and HTML. Problem sets inspired by real-world domains of biology, cryptography, finance, forensics, and gaming. As of Fall 2012, the on-campus version of CS50 is Harvard's largest course.

Prerequisites: None. CS50 is designed for students with or without prior programming experience."
