Lunch at Vivoli

  • Sep 1, 2013 · 12:00 PM

Vivoli is a nice Italian restaurant on College Street in Little Italy with very good pizza and pasta dishes and a nice atmosphere. They also have panini sandwiches on their lunch menu. Weather permitting, we’ll hopefully be sitting outside on their patio. While in the area, be sure to check out the great Italian bakeries, grocery stores, and gelato places in Little Italy.

The address of the restaurant is:

665 College Street

Toronto, ON M6G 1B7

PH: (416)[masked]

TTC Directions:

Subway to Ossington. Then take the 63 Ossington bus south to College. Then walk about 5 blocks east to the restaurant.

Subway to Queens Park. Then take the 506 streetcar west to the restaurant.

Meetup Fee:

There is a $2 per person Meetup fee for this event.

Meetup Etiquette:

If you RSVP “yes” and change your mind about attending, please update your RSVP.

Those who RSVP “yes” are expected to show up.

A wonderful way to start September. Thanks to Anna, Dave, Beth, Han, Sanjay and Joyce for being such lively table companions. We certainly had some fierce debates! Hopr you all enjoyed the occasion as much as I did. Thanks to Greg for organizing this.

To be honest, I wasn't impressed with the food-I had a pizza-neither here nor there in taste, and the service was awful. The coffee was good, and the people at my table were charming.
