"Using ColdFusion as a Service", with Matt Gifford

Our 12pm (US ET) talk on Thursday Apr 15 will be a "Using ColdFusion as a Service", with Matt Gifford.
TOPIC DESCRIPTION: (provided by the speaker) ColdFusion offers an impressive range of tags and functions designed to enhance the development of applications and improve workflow. Since ColdFusion 9, we are able to share some of these features with other languages and developers by using the powerful ColdFusion as a Service tools. This session by Fuzzy Orange Lead Developer Matt Gifford (aka coldfumonkeh) will discuss and showcase the CFaaS features and show real-world examples of implementing them into a Flex/AIR application.
MEETING URL:
http://experts.acrobat.com/cfmeetup/ DURATION: Approx. 1 hour
Meeting will be recorded. URL will be posted after meeting at
http://recordings.coldfusionmeetup.com
SPEAKER: (provided by the speaker) Matt Gifford is Lead Developer with Fuzzy Orange, specializing in ColdFusion, Flex and AIR development. Having worked on projects for organisations such as BT, Abbey Bank, United Nations Environment Programme and Landrover UK, he has also written articles for Net Tuts (online), .net and Web Designer magazines, and is an author for PACKT publishing. A regular speaker at conferences across Europe, when not staring down a screen, Matt can be found gigging at pubs and events or building an unhealthy relationship with his gaming consoles.
