After our first successful and insightful Co< div > Meetup, we're back at it! Considering your suggestions we have a wide range of topics lined up for upcoming Meetups. Join us this month as we invite Carter Stepanovsky to present on How to Support (Not Just Accept) Gender Fluidity In the Workplace.
Carter's approach to work is always 'human first', and this empathetic approach has enabled them to build strong working relationships with their customers, and cross-functionally with management, peers, and direct reports as a Director of Customer Success at Kapost.

Carter publicly transitioned to using gender-neutral pronouns, legally changed their name and came out as transgender and/or non-binary while in a customer-facing CSM role at a tech start-up in Boulder. The process spanned 16-months and required tremendous communication, patience, and respect between Carter and all parties: their coworkers, company leadership, and customers.

This session will be an open discussion: part story-telling, part discourse. It's Carter's intention that we can use discussion to make trans* stories visible and heard in the workplace.
