We will combine Sound Healing with Singing bowls & experiential instructions on how to empower & be in control of your chakras/energy centers.

Join Heather and Sharon as we explore the Chakras. Learn what balanced chakras can feel like, and methods to help balance your own chakras. We will be using visualization and sound to help connect with our chakras. We will then conclude with a chakra balancing sound bath and some opportunity for connection/sharing within the group.
