Online Self Discovery

Self-Discovery is a welcoming and empowering online meetup hosted by NAMI Connecticut’s Young Adult Connection Community. Designed for young adults and facilitated by trained peers who "get it," this program offers a safe space to explore identity, share experiences, and build meaningful connections. Through guided discussions, creative activities, and peer support, participants are encouraged to reflect, grow, and discover their authentic selves in a supportive environment.
