Who are your favorite writers and artists and why?

Artists: Reed Crandall, Walt Kelly, Virgil Finley, Margaret Brundage, Lou Fine, Klaus Nordling, Dave Gibbons, Geo Perez, Alan Davis & Michael Golden. Writers: A. Moore, N. Gaiman, JM Dematteis, PB Gillis, Marks Gruenwald & Waid. All innovators

What are your 3 favorite comic book characters of all time?

Spooky the Ghost - Sarcastic anti-hero/outsider who has very surreal adventures. Uncle Scrooge - Non-traditional character, yet more well-rounded than most super-heroes. Hawkeye - Smart-alec yet clever, relies on skills more than a power.

What is your favorite comic story of all time?

Warlock #9 - #15 by Jim Starlin, X-Men #94 - #140 by Chris Claremont, Uncle Scrooge #4 - #68 by Carl Barks

Hey there! How about telling us 3 comics or graphic novels that are really floating your boat these days.

X-Men: First Class, Bat Lash, most of the work of Dan Slott at Marvel.

I'm a life-long comics fan, from Gold Keys & Harveys to Marvels & DCs to the Golden Age & comic strips. (With a few independents thrown in to round out the experience.) Also a fan of crypto-zoology, folklore, and Dr Who.
