We will cover: emotions and your body; the connection between the heart, brain, and gut and its impact on your emotional wellness; ways to support healthy emotions; ideas for moment-by-moment support for healthy emotions; and establishing a foundational support for your health to support emotional wellness.
The Radiant Wellness circle focuses on empowering ourselves with education and support to make positive lifestyle changes to improve our health and wellness. We know that when we feel our best, we can share our radiant selves to be of greater service to our families, our community, and the world.
