In this workshop, we will cover the building blocks and key concepts needed for arm balance and inversion poses. Beginning with an introduction and a brisk warm up, we will focus on poses that prepare your body for the practice.

I have time scheduled for any questions about warm up and physical prep and safety. Bring your questions, leave your self-doubt at the door, and get ready to fly!!
We will close our time together with a few relaxing poses and savasana.
