Have you ever wondered why certain things keep happening over and over again, despite your best efforts to change?

Limiting beliefs are "truths" that you hold about yourself, others or the world. They are mostly unconscious and dis-empowering. They stop you doing certain things and have a knock on effect on your life.

Limiting beliefs can manifest as low self-esteem, feeling self-conscious or inadequate and can lead you to develop habits or addictions to suppress the pain that they cause you. One of the most common core limiting belief is “I am not good enough”. Unless you start to questions your own limiting beliefs, they will continue to rule your world and interactions with others.

This is an important aspect of the work I do with my clients, because limiting beliefs are formed early, so updating them is necessary for your personal growth and healing.

On Sunday, I will give you a brief introduction on the topic while admitting members to join our session. Then I'll guide into a light hypnotic trance exercise designed to make you explore, challenge and deconstruct any limiting you may hold. At the end we'll have a few minutes to share and ask questions.

During trance you can access your unconscious resources and transform your vibrational state. Most people find it deeply relaxing. But if you have any doubt about the suitability of hypnotherapy with an existing condition you have, please consult your GP.

All you need is a quiet space, where you can stop doing anything and won’t be disturbed for 40 minutes, sitting or preferably laying down, with your body well supported, so you can relax and let go. Headphones and a blanket to keep warm are optional.
