Mantra Vibes was established in Reading in 2016 as a free mantra meditation night, serving free hot vegetarian food to attendees.
The Kirtan night consists of Live Mantra Music, Wisdom Talk, Meditation and Eastern philosophy.
Since 2016, the free meditation night has expanded to offering meditation programmes; seminars and festivals for universities, schools and conscious community spaces across the UK.
The Mantra Vibes family are currently regularly holding space in Southampton, Basingstoke, Reading, Calcot and Newbury.
