What we’re about
We are a group of people who value being together and promoting wellbeing for ourselves and each other. This group spends a couple of hours once a month enjoying conversation about a wellbeing topic, sandwiched between two 15min walking meditations--with a couple of opportunities for breathwork sprinkled in. Members have opportunities to coordinate various group outings to engage in community activities that promote wellbeing.
