Contra Dance on Saturday, March 28th!

Create your own March madness with a Mad Robin or Partner Swing! Join friends old and new at the next contra dance in Columbia.

CALLER & BAND: Charlotte caller, Stephanie Marie, will keep your feet in step, using the terms Larks and Robins. The ContraCola Open Band will fill the stage, and the room, with toe-tapping tunes.

TIME: Doors will open at 6:15 to allow time for pre-dance socializing before a review of dance basics at 6:30. The evening dance will run from 7:00 until 9:30 pm.

DANCE LOCATION - The dance occurs at Arsenal Hill, 1800 Lincoln St. Columbia. Free Parking may be found in the adjacent parking garage.
COST: A donation of $10, cash or check or $10.50 on Venmo (@contracola-sc) is requested to help cover the costs of caller, musicians, and facility.

OTHER DETAILS: Children age 12 and under dance for free with a paying (and supervising) adult. All should wear comfortable clothing and soft-soled, non-marking shoes.
Feel free to bring a sweet or savory snack to share. Water will be provided.
