Yoga for All Levels

All-level yoga class on the third floor of Dervish Holistic Centre in Cork City. The class will be taught using a mixture of the Vinyasa and Hatha yoga styles: sometimes we'll be moving with the breath, and sometimes we'll hold the poses for longer. Mats will be provided!
