First Ever 24-Hour Cowork-a-thon @ Kleverdog Coworking

We're Turning 2
(That's 14 in Dog Years!)

To celebrate, we are having an Open House on Saturday, June 1st from 10am - 6pm as well as a 24-Hour Cowork-a-thon from 10am Saturday to 10am Sunday.

24 Hours, are you kidding me?
As much as this is an opportunity to try out coworking here at Kleverdog, we wanted to add another layer of fun, as well as a challenge -- can you stay focused and be productive over a 24-hour period? It's a measure of endurance, focus and determination.

To help us along the way, we'll be fed and properly hydrated by some soon to be announced sponsors. We'll also be breaking the work day up with brain breaks such as short films, an xbox tournament, mini hacks, karaoke, (power naps), a 2am run/bike around Chinatown, and even some helpful tips and tricks to be productive in your business.

We're also setting up Google Hangouts with some coworking spaces across the globe for some cultural exchange and perhaps a rematch of our recent international chess tournament with Brazil.

Those who are still left standing at 10am Sunday morning are welcome to join us for Dim Sum next door at Empress Pavilion.

Do I have to commit to the full 24 hours?
When Amber, our Programs Coordinator here at Kleverdog, suggested the 24-hour Cowork-a-thon, we all looked at each other and laughed. Who would actually want to work for 24 hours? As we talked about it more, we realized that this could be fun and a great way to get people to work together. Of course, we don't expect everyone to commit to the full 24 hours, so please come for a couple of hours, come just for a tour, or just stay until your contacts dry out. There will be special prizes for those who do stay the full 24 hours with us -- so commit to the challenge!

Awesome. Ultimate dishonor on my part for leaving before 10, but I had a stomach ache. D'oh.
