I am a “ wanna be ” runner and I am looking for other “ wanna be’s ”. I find it is hard to get started and to stay motivated.

As the group name says, we’re going to ---- Crawl, Walk and then RUN!

  • You don’t have to be a runner or even have ever run before
  • You don’t have to start on any specific date
  • You don’t have to join us for every run or activity, I am inviting you to mine – in hopes to have someone to run with

We have a very diverse group of runners. Some folks are just starting out, they are walking more than running. Others are training for 10Ks and half marathons. At each of our events we try to accommodate everyone. More experienced or longer distance runners my run ahead or do a second lap, slower runners group together and work to push each other to run more than walk as we power through and hour or so of activity.
