Weekly Group Meditation


  • Introduction: Beginners share the specific needs they are looking to get fulfilled through Meditation. Advanced meditations share their stories, experiences, insights and transformations with Meditation.
  • Instructions for the Technique of the Day: Leader explains the steps and intentions of the Mediation Technique to be practiced that day. We decide the technique depending on the group, such as beginner, intermediate or advanced Meditation technique.
  • Group Meditation: You are welcomed to bring your own yoga mats. There are bunch of cushions and pillows to keep you balanced and centered. Be comfortable. Meditation is for mind and whatever posture works for you is a right one for you. You can sit on chairs or on the floor, depending on your flexibility and choice.
  • Q&A: Any questions and answers as well as suggestions and feedback. Also participants share their experiences of the particular meditation technique practiced that day.
  • Social: Mingling and networking. Members are welcomed to bring any friends, food and drinks in the meeting. If group decides we can also go to eat in some restaurant in the neighborhood.
