What is MFT?

We have our own spin on "Oprah's Favorite Things" The girls walked away $$$ worth of goodies, and lots and lots of laughs! Lot's of sponsors from different companies, Social Media contests and COUPON codes for additional shopping!

You will walk away with some amazing goodies from this event, and it will be going on all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday you will never know what we will give away!

REGISTRATION a form will be emailed to you to complete in April. This form will be used for everything so please complete

Due to issues with Payment Plan options we are discontinuing this service.
If you'd like to make payments on your own you can just by sending paypal's, and then emailing [masked] to let us know so we update our records.

Payments in FULL September 1st. after September 1 late fees are incurred, September 2nd-October 31 $25 fee incurred, November 1-December 31 $50 fee incurred, Jan 1- Event date $75 fee incurred. Please try to pay on time.

ROOMS for Thursday night, can be made directly with the hotel, use Croppers Delight they will get you a discounted rate as we get close in September. Croppers Delight will not book Thursday night rooms for guests, as its a contract issue with the hotel.

We have several cricut machines, so please keep this in mind you only have 3ft of space and the room is limited in space. (you can bring a small side table if you would like)

Rooms: Have 2 full beds per room

Each registrant will receive the following:

3 feet of cropping space with friends old and new .

Vendors available for your shopping needs

Tool area which includes : 3 Cricut Expressions, Cuttlebug Embossing, Spellbinders machine.

Crop The Night Away!!!! 3am or till the last person goes to sleep.

SATURDAY and Sunday 8AM Crop room re-opens

Meals included: Friday Dinner/Dessert Saturday Brunch/Dinner/Dessert Sunday Brunch


Registration will open TODAY!

Payments must be made as followed: At time of registration you will need to make your $100 deposit. The deposit can only be made via PayPal. This will guarantee your spot at the crop.

Final payment for the crop will be due by September 1st . Unfortunately checks can not be accepted. Only Paypal or Credit Card

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel by August 1st you will be issued your deposit back. Otherwise there is no refund policy unless we cancel the event. Please understand that we need to pay for many of the expenses up front based on the number of people who register.

*Note if the event needs to be moved due to inclement weather this will be imposed on us by the hotel. The hotel will notify us and change the date of the event. There is no refund. We will work to get a date rescheduled. If you are unable to make the event, you will have a few options: 1. Sell your spot to someone else who would like to go, 2. You will be shipped everything that is given out at the event. Please keep in mind we will not receive a refund from the hotel.

If you are registering as a double, triple or quad room and your room mate does not attend you are responsible for the remaining balance
