I thought quite a while about listing my book signing/release party-but a few people encouraged me to do so-and I figured, what the hell.
As many of you know my new book just came out-and for you that bought the first one, this is a whole lot better-I mean a book on Fires, Explosions, Tornadoes-Basically the worst Disasters to occur In Cleveland from 1900-1950. Just as a preview here is an interview on did on WKYC's Live on Lakeside this week.
Now for those of you that don't know Visible Voice Books it is a great little Independent book store in Tremont-that has a wine/beer License and an interesting selection of both.
Plus there is a courtyard right next to the store that features live music-This particular night the entertainment is Derek Paul DePrator, a 12-string acoustic guitarist from Cleveland, Ohio with roots in Western PA. His music demonstrates a unity between rock, metal, blues, folk, and classical styles all in the same song or instrumental piece. After having played guitar and bass in many Cleveland bands since the late 90's, DePrator went solo in mid 2012. He's since released Spiral EP in Oct 2012, The Animal Suite (EP) in March '13, and his self titled album will be released in late Summer.
Dont feel as if you have to buy a book if you attend-Of course Im more than happy to sign a copy if you choose to buy one-but you don't have to.
So My book, Drinks and Live Music-and Im sure an after party at a near buy establishment.
