We are at it again this Saturday on the east side of town at Great Lakes CrossFit, 5075 Taylor Drive in Bedford Heights, OH. We are now working out inside our new building but since the weather forecast is good we'll probably be in and out this weekend.
If you are looking for better results from your fitness routine, attend one of our Meetups to learn about CrossFit style workouts. People of all shapes, sizes and ages can learn how to kick-start their routine, or lack of, to get noticeable results in a short time. Your first three visits are free.
This is not your typical Meetup where people sit around eating snacks while talking about ideas, it's a group workout led by a Certified CrossFit Instructor.
Our group will be meeting this Saturday morning at 11:00am for our introductory CrossFit Basic Training class. We teach some of the basic exercises that we use in our program, stressing proper form and technique. We finish with a 15-20 minute high intensity workout scaled to each person's fitness level.
Bring a friend and check us out. Your first 3 visits are free. There are no sales pitches and you will not be asked to buy or sign up for anything except saying yes or no to receiving our weekly email newsletter. Show up in comfortable workout clothes and please be early. We start on time and late-comers will only be permitted to watch.
