Originally from Manhattan, NY PJ started his career as a producer, sending beats to artists via Twitter. During his time at UCLA, he worked in marketing with The FADER and Sony RED and had the opportunity to be mentored by Rob Holladay of Bad Boy Records.
In 2016, he was hired by the Global Vice President of A&R at Warner Music Group and worked closely with the labels roster. Today, he is the Founder of Palette Agency - a creative agency and record label that manages and distributes Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum artists and producers.
Andrew Kwan is a music industry professional with 4+ years of experience in artist management/development, marketing, publicity, and media/sponsorship.
He currently works as a marketing analyst and content specialist at Live Nation. Through his artist management company, vibez.management, he is leading the next generation of revolutionary artists: HOAX, The Millennial Club, and TYDPOOL. His love for helping new artists get discovered also led him to start Romantic PR and help artists plan and execute digital strategy.
Gary Biddy is a creative catalyst from the Jungles, California - located in South Central, LA.
Known to collaborate with a variety of artists across different mediums, Gary primarily works with musicians as an artist developer, manager, and business and brand strategist. He has been working in management for 7 years. Most recently, he served as the A&R and Executive Producer on Sylvan Lacue’s album, Apologies in Advance.
Gary is the Founder and CEO of The HE(🔺)RD management, a company dedicated to forming sustainable pathways in entertainment for upcoming musicians and creators. He is passionate about providing unique opportunities for those who have been overlooked. Currently, he is working on many forthcoming projects, and is always seeking out new creatives to build with.
Jesus Sifuentes is digital marketing and community development specialist with 4+ years of experience.
Born and raised in Lima, Peru, he immigrated to the U.S. when he was 7 years old. His love for hip-hop and connecting with people digitally led him to create Culture Pushers, a music discovery community, to highlight rising hip-hop artists and introduce them to new audiences and online outlets. Through this venture, he also interviews and shares the stories of creators in the music space.
In 2018 he became the Managing Director of LA Hip-Hop, the biggest hip-hop based community on Meetup.com with 1,500 members. Currently, he is organizing panel events to bring together music creators to connect and share knowledge to grow together.
