This will be a two hour session. The first hour will be a discussion on the concepts of HOW and WHY meditation is so effective in creating lasting change in our lives as it relates to neuroscience, quantum physics and spirituality. We will discuss concepts shared by authors such as Dr. Joe Dispenza, Eckhart Tolle, Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Lynne McTaggart and more. Followed by a one hour guided meditation where we will place these concepts into action. No prior experience is necessary. My goal is to help remove the mysticism that has surrounded meditation and provide a scientific, physiological, and spiritual understanding of the principles behind this incredibly powerful tool for improving health and happiness in our lives. I would highly recommend bringing a cushion as the chairs are not very comfortable. This is a free event.
