Well, it's me again! This time Annie found herself too close to an electric current coming from a defective light pole :( No outside evidence but she is definitely effected (or is it 'affected?'). at any rate, I doubt there is anything to do? I called 911 to report the incident but haven't heard back from anyone, yet.

I have yet to take her in as I was told over the phone that all they could do was take a blood test to assess if internal organs were damaged, though they couldn't explain exactly what they could do to help her? I have been closely observing her and she is better day by day; still obvious changes to me but probably not to anyone not intimately familiar with her. Makes me sad as I was afraid being low income would be a problem caring like I'd like to for a pet:(
