Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Dr Simon, a medical doctor and specialist in clinical neurophysiology as well as hypnotherapy. I believe in Body-Mind connection for good health. We need to eat healthy food and need to do exercise for an optimum healthy body shape.

Abdominal Fat / Tummy fat / Visceral Fat is linked to several cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, such as heart disease, hypertension, stroke, diabetes, etc. Visceral fat rating 2-4 is recommended for excellent health status. Join our group and activities to know your Visceral Fat rating.

In this group we will focus on exercises that can burn tummy fat faster. Hence, we will conduct yoga, zumba and aerobics in this group meet up event.
