Ready for a challenge?!? You can choose to fast anywhere from 1 hour to 72 hours with us!
June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness month. In honor of this, we’re starting June off with a special group fast.
We’ll be sharing findings from a scientific review paper on the promising research that looks specifically at the effects of fasting on the brain (for Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Mental Health and a number of other brain-related conditions).

But to get them, we actually have to… well… fast!
This challenge is about motivating you to put this knowledge into action with a whole bunch of other amazing fasters.
There’s something powerful about digging deep and choosing to do something challenging just for YOU. And, then knowing you’re not alone, but have the support of others going through the same thing with you – it just FEELS different than when you fast alone.
