Community Event: Basic Video Lighting Principles

This Week at Idea Engine:

Join videographer Mason Pelt as he teaches the basics of video lighting. Topics will include color temperature, types of lights (on a budget), and basic lighting set ups.

Mason works in many aspects of both photography and video production, often handling or supervising everything pre to post production. Having developed an interest in video production at age twelve, as a dyslexic (and by default a visual thinker), media became his format for creative expression. He began working professionally by age sixteen, with some of his first projects for clients including JC Penney and Hoya Vision.

Food and refreshments begin at 6:30pm, speaker begins at 7. Mingling and discussion will follow.
