DWRT Saturday Morning Long Runs

Details:

  • All runners are encouraged to bring their own hydration and nutrition for the duration of the long run, as water stops may or may not be available along the route.
  • Bag check is currently not available.
  • Route, Distance, and Workout will be posted prior to the event and announced just before execution.
  • Expected Distance: ~13-21mi (Dependent on active training plans)
  • Available Pace Groups: ~7:15/mi - 10:30/mi

Please note that the Saturday long run start time will move throughout the year according to the following schedule to account for changes in daylight and weather:

8:00 am: June 1st-August 31st
8:30 am: September 1st-December 31st
9:00 am: January 1st-February 29th
8:30 am: March 1st-May 31st
