Introduce yourself

I'm Anne-Laure! I recently joined Dashing Whippets after taking a break from competing. I am working on getting back into speed and lowering my 5k time, but also enjoy longer distances!

What's your 5k, half marathon, or marathon race pace so we can plan pace groups at our runs?

5k: 5:50; Half Marathon: 6:45

On your training runs, how many miles do you run?

Usually around 5 to 10 miles, with longer runs (10 miles +) once a week or so.

Where do you do most of your training?

Prospect Park/ Brooklyn. I also like going to Van Cortlandt and upstate.
