TaijiFit™ 24- In this 60min class TaijiFit™ & the Beginning FUNdamentals of Tai-Chi come together as we focus on the world's most popular Tai-Chi form-The 24 Simplified Movement Yang Style Form. Classes are tailored to meet the needs of the beginning student who has no prior experience with Tai-Chi. Enjoy an additional 30mins. of floor time after class to practice & ask questions. Dawn provides detailed instruction on creating the Yang Style movements from the 24 Simplified Movement Yang Style Form with one goal in mind- to memorize this form. This can also serve as a companion class for the TaijiFit enthusiast who desires details about many of the Yang Style Movements we use in the group fitness class called TaijiFit™.
TaijiFit™- In this group fitness class experience enjoy 45mins. of continuous movement. Experience the healthful benefits of this ancient martial art without stress- no memorizing forms, no need to practice & attend every class just to keep up. TaijiFit™ allows you to give your body exactly what it needs… a gentle way to exercise, a sanctuary to heal, a beautiful community. All are welcome. No experience needed. Come as often as your schedule allows. TaijiFit™is not just an exercise – it’s an experience! Great music, great energy – and most of all, great people.
