I am organizing a nice winter confidence hike since hunting season is over this location will be very quiet, and my little brother isn't too sure his -20 degree sleeping bag is really going to keep him warm. This will be a car camping trip, this is a great trip for anyone that needs a little more confidence in their gear or wants to try a new piece of gear out.
The campsite will be located at 38.4479500, -78.4367167 and is very nice site with plenty of parking and firewood!
• Gear Requirements!
Be prepared with at least a 0 degree sleeping bag and ice traction device. A sleeping pad will be needed asthe ground will be frozen. As always, no cotton clothing, in cold weather the retained moisture can drop body temperatures. A water proof jacket is always a good piece of gear to always have on you, if you don't have one now is a good time to get one!

I will have space in my truck as long as you don't mind sitting next to a very nice hairy dog.
