    Informative and fun. I liked the practical tips along with explanations about the philosophical and cultural underpinnings. Great leadership. (I thought I was late but turned out to be early due to a 6:30 time on meetup).

    I am very appreciative of the time and effort made to help newbies understand what to expect at BM. The meeting was well presented and extremely informative

    On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair
    Warm smell of colitas, rising up through the air
    Up ahead in the distance, I saw a shimmering light
    My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim
    I had to stop for the night
    There she stood in the doorway;
    I heard the mission bell
    And I was thinking to myself,
    "This could be Heaven or this could be Hell"
    Then she lit up a candle and she showed me the way
    There were voices down the corridor,
    I thought I heard them say...

    This is a really useful session for first-timers, as I was last year. Of course nothing can really prepare you for the Playa, but this is a good start, and a place to meet kindred souls. Oh, and...I didn't luck out in the lottery this year, anybody have a spare ticket?
