Two dive deaths

FYI, two separate dive deaths in NC, just four days apart:

I just learned that Amy Pieno, who ran Outerbanks Diving and the Flying
Fish dive boat with her husband John, died in a diving accident. This
happened Sunday afternoon.

Details are sketchy, but according to
http://www.starnewson...
it was the second megalodon tooth hunting dive related death around
Wrightsville Beach.

The Coast Guard investigator comments in the story that the teeth are
"so deep" at 100 feet.

I dove with them a few times and its a well run operation. She will be
missed.
