After ongoing allergies and being diagnosed with "irreversible illnesses" eversince he was a child, Paul felt being left alone by conventional medicine and decided to look for the root causes of his problems on his own. Through his journey, he tried lots of alternaive medicine, different mindsets and diets and eventually found to the Paleo Lifestyle. Eversince then, he has all his symptoms under control and has not looked back. By now, he coached thousands of people throughout Germany about evolutionary, sustainable health and wellbeing and hosted numerous health-related events.
