Robert Franken, Feminist & Consultant, former CEO of Chefkoch.de

Topic: Stop fixing the women! A rant.

Robert Franken has been working in the digital space for 15 years, where his focus has always been B2C platforms, markets and target groups. As CEO, he has developed urbia.de to a leading position within the German parenting market. After ten years at urbia, Robert took over as CEO für Chefkoch.de, one of the largest digital platforms in Europe and one of the world’s largest digital hubs for recipes and food.
Since then, Robert has been a consultant for digital transformation. He focusses on subjects like digital leadership, gender empathy and new work culture. He believes in unfolding digital potential by demystifying the “hype” around digital strategies and by enabling the work force to embrace digital change without fear or doubt.

Jörn Hendrik Ast , Consultant & Author, Superhelden

Topic: Do we need superpowers for the workplace of the future?

Jörn Hendrik was a career changer right away. Starting as a craftsman in the family business of his father, he quickly discovered his talent as a salesman and networker. For more than a decade he proved his sales and leadership-skills in B2C and B2B sales-companies. But his vision to change business by making it a more transparent and people-centric world, finally led him to change tie and cubefarm with laptop and coworking-space. Together with Inken Arntzen he founded the career orientation program "Superheldentraining" which is workshop, book project and online platform all in one.

Christian Kiefer, CEO, Mobile Learning Labs (r.)

Topic: Game Based Learning: How to make professional trainings so much fun – even off the job

Christian is founder and CEO of Mobile Learning Labs which developed Quizzer® – a game based mobile learning solution for corporates. Learning with fun is his passion. Before he started the Mobile Learning Labs in 2015 Christian worked in various gaming start-ups and the Teaching and Learning Technology Center of the HTW in Berlin. He already developed the basic idea and concept for Quizzer as diploma thesis in 2007 and won the German E-Learning Innovation and New Talent Award in 2008.

There is a huge demand for Apps like Quizzer because most products for mobile learning lack an essential ingredient – providing fun.
