Bevor wir in die Winterpause starten habe ich noch ein ganz besonderes Schmankerl für euch - dank der großartigen Initiative von Holisticon.

Michael Hamman, u.a. Autor von "Evolvagility: Growing an Agile Leadership Culture from the Inside Out" wird für uns eine Session anbieten und wir freuen uns auf einen spannenden Abend ab 18:00. WICHTIG: Die Session wird auf Englisch stattfinden.

Holisticon freut sich als Host die Räumlichkeiten, Pizza und Getränke zu sponsern und im Rahmen eines dreitägigen Führungskräfte-Workshops diese Austauschplattform anbieten zu können. About the session:

“Leadership” has become a hot topic in the Agile world. And yet, for the most part we are confused regarding the nature of leadership, where it ought to happen in the organization, how it is to be exercised, and by whom. For the most part we follow the traditional paradigm: the leader at the top, the leader who sets the direction, the leader who others follow. But, mostly, we are disappointed and blame leaders when things don’t go well.

In this session I want us to envision a different notion of leadership. A leadership that is an everywhere phenomenon; a leadership that emerges in relationship with others; a leadership that is as much about the quality of a leader’s sensemaking as it is about the quality of their outward action. A leadership that centers, ultimately, on an ability to bring about that which does not already exist.

During this session, we will find in such a leadership, a new possibility for standing in the face of the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) which increasingly characterizes our world—whether at work or at home.

About the speaker:

Michael Hamman guides organizational leaders toward greater holistic team and enterprise-level agility, primarily by helping them grow their inner capacity for leadership agility in the face of the complexity, volatility, and ambiguity of 21st century life and business. His recent book, Evolvagility: Growing an Agile Leadership Culture from the Inside Out, was published in January 2019. He lives in Taos, New Mexico.

Was erwartet uns?

Becoming an Agile Leader helps you address three interrelated facets of the role of the Agile leader:

1. Organizational Systems Agility

Insight into the peculiar nature of organizational complexity and change, and how to leverage that insight to leaderfully guide your organization toward deep and sustained agility.

2. Interpersonal and Relationship Agility

An ability to generate alignment, commitment and direction among teams and groups through heightened skillfulness in the areas of relationship, communication, alignment and co-creation with others.

3. Personal Leadership Agility

Increased awareness of the inner “operating system” which determines how you make sense of complex situations, and how to generate within yourself an operating system “upgrade” that enables you to better deal with that complexity in ways that leave you being more effective in your leadership.

The workshop will bring these facets of your leadership agility to the foreground and assist you in your learning and development throughout the 3 days.
