We are pleased to announce our October meetup with Jürgen Dittmar talking about Scrum@Scale.
The Scrum at Scale™ framework was developed by Jeff Sutherland and his organization ScrumInc in 2014 to support the discussion on how Scrum can scale. It introduces an object-oriented model for scaling Scrum across the business and to the entire enterprise.
This modular approach allows for the overall system to work together even if individual modules aren't agile. The framework therefore is able to support many different contexts verses other more "tightly coupled" scaling systems. Jürgen Dittmar was part of the first Scrum@Scale workshop which took place in Munich in December 2014 and – as an official partner of ScrumInc - he also significantly contributed to the evolution of the framework.
In his talk he will show you the principles behind Scrum@Scale and will give you an overview on the modules of the framework. On the most important areas he will also dive deeper into it. The final goal is to facilitate and initiate a productive conversation of what your organizations really needs from scaling Scrum and to get an idea how Scrum@Scale can support the development of your individual scaling solution.
We are happy to have Jürgen with us and are sure that this will be an very interesting evening for all of us.
We are also happy to have comSysto as our host and sponsor for the first time.
