It will take place at one of the great dance centers - Arthur Murray Studios This particular event is dedicated to the ladies’ only ( sorry gentleman :)), where you will have a great opportunity to jump in to the attractive ballet world, find out how to set up the a great posture, learn about body conditioning used by all famous ballet dancer’s as well as popular celebrities. Unlike at most general adult ballet classes we will show you how exercise with the precision and focus, getting great results. In addition to this you will have an opportunity to learn more about NLP - unique mind & body connection, allowing you to secure learned results for a lot longer. To teach at out event we invited former an international principle ballet dancer with the Birmingham Royal Ballet, English National and The Dutch National Ballet - Asta Bazeviciute. She now teaches ballet fitness to women of all ages and physical ability through her own company specifically combining elements of Ballet, Pilates, Stretching to develop core strength, flexibility and a great posture. Asta really has a great motivational method of teaching, that involves mental linking and muscle memory, so the gains on posture are immediate and easily remembered. We are really pleased and excited to have her expertise on board. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session. Worum es bei uns geht

This group is for anyone interested in classical dance and fitness. We are a group of ex dancers who regularly keep fit and flexible by meeting each week. It's very social, so we thought we would open our doors to anyone who likes ballet, meeting new people and the idea of a low impact work out that keeps you supple. You don't have to be a dancer or a fitness enthusiast to enjoy this, just come along and enjoy the company. No previous ballet experience is necessary.
