High Performance Coaching on the contrary to therapeutic coaching will enable you to get from "Performer" ("I am doing fine") to high performer ("I am doing great"). So it has very much a solution-focus and for that external input is very valuable. You will learn and practice several (self-) coaching techniques that we use to get every participant another step ahead.
