6:30 pm at WeWork Stadthaus - Hamburg's meetup for chatbots, messenger marketing and voice assistants. First, the Berlin-based startup Rasa, which received millions in funding in April, will introduce us to their open source tools for chatbots and voice assistants. Afterwards Holger from the Innovation Lab Space and Lemon will will show us how to create a chatbot UX concept in 7 steps (all talks in English).

• Conversational AI: building clever bots using open source tools
by Justina Petraityte, Developer Advocate at Rasa.

Conversational AI is already changing the way we perform daily tasks, interact with apps and software. At Rasa, we have developed two open source frameworks - Rasa NLU and Rasa Core, which are open source libraries for building machine learning-based chatbots and voice assistants. In this talk, Justina will talk about the machine learning behind these libraries and will walk you through the process of building clever assistants using Rasa frameworks.

• Why chatbots fail because of the concept and not because of the technology - Chatbot UX concept in 7 steps

Space and Lemon is an Innovation Lab in a start-up mode at co-working space betahaus, in Hamburg, Berlin and Amsterdam. They are specialised in two areas 1) Bots and AI projects and 2) Digital trend scouting and predictions.
