This is a group for anyone interested to discuss how to lead digital transformation and innovation, in order to enhance customer experience.

We are entering in a new age of digital economy, business environment is invaded by millions of digital tools. This leads significant changes in the way business works, communicates and sell. Driven by the convergence of mobility, analytics, social media, cloud computing, and embedded devices, now is time to lead digital in all your business.

The group is open to all - anyone interested to discuss and propose new digital (and not digital as well) innovations that can help companies improve their customers' experiences.
