Our Meetups are all about blockchain in real estate and construction and everything that goes on around it. We try to reach as many of our members as possible. Therefore beginners as well as advanced are welcome!
Tonight we look at two very different use cases that demonstrate the different possibilities blockchain is offering for the real estate industry. OLI Systems will show their approach of a Blockchain based Smart Grid in real estate and evan.network demonstrates how they optimize construction machine renting.

Digital Business means providing comprehensive services instead of single products. Efficient orchestration of required business partners and trustful integration of autonomous machines require seamless digitization of all interactions. How such ecosystems are built step by step involving all required partners is shown by an industry use case of machinery rental companies. The main challenge is the digitalization of business relations using self-sovereign identities for the participating businesses. The transfer of trust from the real to the digital world as well as the creation of consortia structures foster a cooperation at eye-level. Thomas shows how to solve these challenges on the example of de:rental an industry initiative of rental companies.
